The brief

Barnes was growing tremendously. The website that was there no longer suited the company Barnes had become. The task was to create a good basis that Barnes could move forward with for the long term. A basis that was in line with the company’s identity.

The solution

To solve the problem, we carried out a thorough overhaul of the website. We started with a fresh and contemporary design that blended seamlessly with Barnes’ new identity.

Branding

Brand recognition through colours & typography

A unique colour palette was chosen that is recognisable and stands out. To reflect Barnes’ sector, a “tech” web has been incorporated throughout the look. This playful combination is offset with clean typography and simple shapes to arrive at the right balance.

Barnes itself also needs recruitment. That is why a multi-site installation was chosen. This allows Barnes to easily manage both the main site, and the work-by site from one environment.
