27 Rides brings motorcyclists together in an innovative way, so you always have a great reason for a ride with like-minded people. The fully catered events offer their members the chance to fully enjoy their passion while expanding their network.

The brief

27 Rides ran into many problems with their previous site. For instance, the performance was not optimal and (potential) members were not optimally guided to the various conversion points. This had a negative effect on the number of members. Also, the old environment offered little added value for members. We took up the challenge to build a unique community with optimal user experience.

Start

After a flying start during several brainstorming sessions, we mapped out the customer journey together with 27 Rides. We then drew up a functional design based on this customer journey. From here, we started with a flowchart and wireframes.

Platform realisation

After working out the wireframes, we started working on the web design. Here, we worked towards a prototype, after which we validated it.

Result

We built a distinctive platform, ready to grow to thousands of members.
