Smart integrations

Smart integrations such as single sign-on and AI-powered search

When developing intranets and portals, we at Mediabirds attach great importance to smart integrations, especially the links with business tools such as Microsoft 365 (including Outlook and Teams) and Google Workspace. These integrations ensure an efficient working environment. By integrating Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, we provide users with direct access to a wide range of essential internal applications. This includes not only e-mail and calendars, but also cloud storage, collaboration tools and productivity apps. Important here is the implementation of features such as Single Sign-On. This not only increases ease of use, but also improves security and user access management.

Another innovative addition in our intranets and portals is the implementation of AI-powered search functionality. With AI-powered site search, users can quickly and efficiently find the information they want, regardless of where it is located within the platform. This increases productivity and user satisfaction.

Centralising documents in one accessible place

In our approach to document management, we at Mediabirds integrate various Document Management Systems such as SharePoint, OneDrive, Google Drive and Zenya. We build this integration to ensure that users, regardless of their location, can easily access all necessary documents and information. By centralising all documents in one accessible place, we simplify management and access.

We also emphasise secure collaboration, both inside and outside the organisation. Our document management system enables teams to securely share documents with internal and external parties and encourages real-time collaboration. This functionality not only improves teamwork, but also significantly increases productivity. Users can effortlessly collaborate on documents, see changes in real-time and integrate feedback, leading to a more streamlined and effective work process.
