The collaboration

We implemented a rebranding for i4 Managed IT Services from Ede. Together with i4’s team, we found out the brand identity over several sessions, after which we characterised it. After all, we believe that employees make the organisation. Based on the outcomes of the brand scan, we developed a brand strategy that aligned well with the organisation’s objectives. A big part of this strategy was the new website, which should serve as a lead generator. Using smart functionalities and integrations, the website became part of a larger sales funnel.

A custom-made WordPress website

As a full-service web agency, we worked with i4 to identify clear objectives and KPIs. Based on these objectives, it quickly became clear that a customised WordPress site would be the best solution. This allowed us to implement the organisation’s new branding without limits. This also had the great advantage that we could keep the CRM system perfectly synchronised, after which automated email campaigns could be set up.


The result

The collaboration resulted in branding that accurately reflects the organisation’s employees and goals. As we guarantee for all our digital products, the website scores an average of 95+ on all four of Google’s indicators (Performance, Accessibility, Best Practices, SEO). In the website, we implemented several tracking tools, which are integrated with the CRM system. On this basis, we map the user experience, after which we carry out monthly developments to optimise the sales funnel.
