Challenge

ActiVast was struggling with a severely outdated website that was limiting their growth. The organisation works with the Realworks CRM and wanted to link this to the website to save time publishing properties. In addition, ActiVast has two labels – investment property and commercial property – each with its own target group. The challenge was to serve both labels effectively within one platform.

A customised website with full automation

We developed a custom website that publishes objects automatically from the Realworks CRM. Visitors can search extensively with filtering options and a map view. By linking to the CRM, brochures are automatically generated and can be downloaded directly by visitors.

The website has two separate environments for the two labels, each in their own house style, so that both target groups are effectively addressed.

Result: 50% more requests and full automation of the publishing process, leading to more efficient processes and a stronger online proposition for ActiVast.
