Psychology in Branding
In branding, it is important to include many aspects of the human brain. In order to create a strong brand identity, it is important to make a good impression as a company. Whether you stand out as a company, are remembered or experienced as positive, is all determined by your brain. That is why our unique approach is based on psychological knowledge and models. In this way, we can best position your company at a deep level. But how do we do this in practice?
Organisation
Because we like to get to know our clients well, we start with the organisation. We think it’s important to have a good understanding of a company’s values and visions before we start designing a brand identity. One of the models we use for this is the Belbin Team Inventory. In addition, we conduct interviews with staff and managers to get to know the organisation.
Characterisation
Often, companies themselves do not have a clear picture of what their strong unique points are and what key values they want to communicate to their customers. That is why we focus on characterising a company. In this way, we can purposefully determine how an organisation presents itself. The Golden Circles by Sinek is an example of how we first make an internal overview. Then we use the 12 Archetypes, among others, to create an external image as well.
Branding
As a company, you naturally profile yourself towards others, especially your desired target group. Therefore, it is important that your brand identity not only fits the character of your company, but also appeals to your target group. We use psychology for this as well, looking at what is attractive and what is not. Using colours, shapes, language and repetition, we make an attractive whole of a company.
